Dies!Druids use guns, not magic. Guns use DEX as their damage stat, so your 0 MAG doesn’t actually affect your combat capabilities.

also you’re functionally naked the whole time and while that doesn’t impact your stats, it does leave the soul deeply uneased.

Of note here is that DAT cannot promote. Due to how promotion works in Dies (it doesn’t reset your level or penalize your exp gain), this is pretty crippling to his midgame prospects.
His niche of having high HP/WIL is also kind of obliterated by SirSpensir, who joins literally the next chapter, has way more bulk, has way better offensive prowess to retaliate with, and doesn’t get shredded when half of the lategame generics start packing Terra (pierces WIL).
Currently, DAT’s only saving grace is that grinding him to lv. 30 is a pretty mindless process compared to other units (just spam One of You for 194-ish turns).
That does literally affect his stats, though? He’s missing out on 6-8 points of damage reduction because of that.
Oh, and technically, one of the options for his ch. 14x event gives him the ability to wear clothes, although he can’t actually use that for anything yet bc ch. 15 isn’t done.
