Jesper, a recruitable Outlaw from an upcoming chapter in Liberty’s Beacon. This is primarily a splice of Garytop’s Priam and Niles portraits. F2E and F2U.
Mustadio, the Boss of Chapter 2 of Liberty’s Beacon–“Warm Welcome”. A gifted orator who means to rally the people of Thiefton to join the cause of the Revolutionary group known as Refulgence, who seek to take back the land that once belonged to them. Although not a villainous man by any means, his extremist attitude brings him to butt heads with Asaph, and he swiftly meets his end by the end of the chapter. Despite that, the Revolutionaries are a faction Asaph will find himself allied with later down the line. Not all bosses have to look evil.
