Could you beat fire emblem 8 with the worst RNG possible?

I recently saw this video, where someone tried pokemon FireRed, but they had the worst luck possible. So I thought, would this be possible in fe8?
By worst luck, I mean if it doesn’t have a 100% chance to hit, it misses.
here are some examples:

  • Growth rate will not proc unless they are 100% or higher

  • Enemies always hit (unless they have a 0% chance), and crit (unless they have a 0% chance)

  • Unless you have a 100% chance to hit something, you miss. Same with crit.

  • Silencer never procs (unless you get 200 skill, so good luck)

  • Phantoms summoned always have the minimum possible stats and an iron axe, no matter what

  • The Devil axe always backfires

  • Status effects inflicted by you always have the lowest possible duration, while enemy inflicted statuses only last for the minimum amount of time.

  • And only thieves can find treasure in sand

IIRC someone tried this but some throne bosses ended up impossible, even with supports.

Run ends on Tirado, because there’s no way to bypass Great Shield

Yeah, I did a deep dive into this a while back. You can actually get pretty close to breaking past Great Shield, as you can ECG a poison axe from a previous map, and poison weapons can’t be Great Shielded. However, even with optimized supports and S axes, you can’t actually reach 100 hit on Tirado with said poison axe, IIRC, so the run still dies there.
