So my question is is it possible to add one of those language patch for Thracia to the VC version of Fire Emblem Thracia? I would like to try the spanish patch on it without using an external emulator
I’ve never done it, but I believe the process is to use VC unpacker/packer tools to extract the rom, patch it, and then reinsert it.
For Thracia I’m not sure that’s viable though. The recent English patches are all bigger than the original, and I believe that would render the patched rom incompatible with the VC emulator.
