In the unit editor, select the Special: option and choose “Item Drop”.
For further FEBuilder questions I would recommend using the FEBuilder thread.

Unit placer or character editor? I can’t find the option on either though

Unit Placer, so wen you actually place units down. It’s in the bottom right corner next to the area where you can write down coordinates for them to move.
