Lyn is your life now. Embrace her. We both deserve this hell and you know it.
(Level 19 was HP Skill Speed Luck, her best level yet)
So sheâs finally at the same level as Guy. Letâs compare thâ
Youâre welcome assholes
How does she possibly miss Str that much?
I mean, her growth is only 40%, which isnât that amazing, but Guy only had 30% and look at him with his RNG blessing
I like the mouth anims, really brings out the character.
Welp, this is as good as sheâs getting.
This is our Lyn. God help us all.
This alone is worth more than all of Lynâs levels.
Iâm free.
I legitimately forgot.
Not like, âoh i forgotâ, but I entirely forgot this was a thing at all until Doc prodded me today about it. My previous attempt was made the day after he made the above post!
The map of the day is this vanilla map. I hate this map. Itâs long and slow and full of peaks that make it slower and the spiders are dumb and hhhhhh
Why yes that is four separate unique screenshots for the ocassion despite the fact that two of them look identical
Yeah uh
maybe not my brightest day
Inconsequential attacks in four spots.
Rath solves this one with a critical.
I have no idea why that posted early. Iâm still writing though.
Karin kills the Mauthe to the right of Rath.
Then I get sadness.
Double sadness.
Ah itâs because I keep fatfingering control I see
Lyn applies Lyn in the only way one with no strength can.
Keep counting-- 1.
Gargoyles piling on Wolt is completely irrelevant.
Karinâs just going to deal with these spiders. I really hate dealing with them legitimately and this puts me out a unit so I donât feel like itâs really cheating per seâŚ
All is normal and well except
Lyn. Lyn you need these lucky moments for your levels.
Shuffle everyone up, use Nils to rocket Wolt forward as high as he can go.
Thatâs two.
Everyone finishes shuffling upwards.
Three low% procs.
Everybodyâs going to charge up now.
A Doog makes a mistake.
So does a Mogall.
Lyn, this is sad. Incredibly sad.
Safy heals, Karin pokes, normal things.
This is all Karinâs been doing. All she will probably be doing.
Attack-and-Move canto is incredibly silly.
Wolt, Wolt, Wolt!
Eirika also likes her slightly redundant criticals.
Nils plays for Lyn and she rockets ahead.
Thatâs four and five. She also hits S lances from this.
Rath gets whacked. Lyn criticals.
Bryton gets a single critical here which does help chip the spider quite a bit.
Dozla moves down, Karin pokes at the Gargoyle, Wolt smacks a spider,
Guy trades Gerik a sword so he can swat the Bigl,
I try to do something fancy up here with a 2-use Steel Sword but Lyn thwarts me, so Eirika has to move up and Trade with her.
Karin swats more fliers and picks up her 6th lucky moment of the chapter so far.
I believe Lyn Luna+Criticaled here.
Karin finishes the Javelin Gargoyle from her side.
Dozla delivers some pain, Safy heals Wolt up.
Guy moves up, Lyn double-criticals this Bael after swiping Eirikaâs Killing Edge for the purpose.
Okay, and that postâs large enough that Discourse has started to chug when I edit it, so new post.
Gerik and Nils move up, putting everyone in this nice little safe zone except for Dozla and Karin.
That was a crit on that 'goyle, but my timing is bad.
Karin and Dozla really got piled on here for a bit.
Bryton chips with the Pugi (how strange, isnât it).
Karin deletes the last Javelyn Gargoyle with a seventh lucky proc before absconding up and away.
Wolt deletes a Gargoyle.
This was also a critical that I failed to capture. Dozlaâs just hunkering down on these peaks.
Lyn misses criticals on 2x 41%. Thank you so much.
But that HP level is crucial.
Nils moves up and dances her, and:
Observe.
Kinda running out of things to say. This chapter is really just moving units forward unless you get caught by something.
Moving on up, Guy and Safy swipe these.
Dancing flames are amazing.
Thatâs eight, four criticals and four lunas.
Lyn swats the bug.
Guy moves up to lure the last foe and chip at the boss.
Heâs not really in danger, so m uch so I forgot to screenshot his fight with the boss.
This wasnât a critical.
Nils plays, Lyn doublecriticals as expected.
Gerik and Kyle go east to mop the other two foes.
Dozla wipes out the spiderâs last 5 HP with an overkill critical;
I donât buy anything,
Lyn pulls herself out of Wrath range (I used the vulnerary because the only healing staff we had was a physic, perhaps I should have used that regardless, however), so she can chip the boss for more EXP.
These fellows whack down the Entombed, but since Xyst got hit I had Safy heal him up.
Levels arenât super great.
Gerik procs his Sol after dodging, proving my heal a wasted attempt.
Lyn finally gets a decent level and Wolt takes us home.
Seeing this again reminds me of the torture Doc had to deal with grinding Lyn up. At least her crit chances are high?
Iâm next and considering the chapter I have, it may be a while before I update it. That said, hope yâall enjoy Pabloâs Wild Ride, I sure as hell wonât
pls
end this nightmare
The nightmare never ends you fool
Prepare to never finish
me but with TLP
The inevitable fate of all FEU Vs. Hack LPs. Except Requiem. We actually finished that one.
Letâs try this Summoning Circle thing out, maybe I revive this fucking zombie of a playthru
PABLO'S WILD RIDE
WELCOME BACK MY FRIENDS, TO THE SHOW THAT BASICALLY ENDED
Yâall ready for what I call Pabloâs Wild Ride? Iâm not
She doesnât really need HP anymore, but by God Iâm gonna pump every stat I can get into her so my safe unit isnât absolute dead weight
Second Verse, same as the first.
Looks pretty vanilla right, nothing concerning hereâŚ
Wolt canât ride the Ballista
Well, fuck me I guess
Forgot to screenshot it as it happened, but Staffy and Guy got A supported
She procced Str
This isnât an accurate representation of Eirika!
Strength is all I ask for
Missed a Karin level, but she procced Str and Spd, which is all I can ask for
You know, itâs a real good thing Lynâs got crit for days
Okay, up until this point, this map is essentially vanilla, but now⌠now⌠nowâŚ
NOW⌠it are become Hell
Especially since yes, his authority stars stack with this assholeâs
Lyn gets her B with Nils, tho she will always have an S with Eliwood in my heart
With 6 Authority Stars for the enemy, you ainât hitting shit, so I tend to take the âPlay lame, win gameâ strat here
Oh hi FE5 bros. Ced turn green now.
We now have Asvel and Ced, but since only Ced is safeâŚ
Ced: Give me your shit and get on the front line.
Asvel: Okay.
Hi Cormag
I just want to point out with a Zanbatou Lyn couldnât one round this cav. I am genuinely sorry everyone
Mag/10
TODAY, I RNG SCUM TO KILL CORMAG WITH THIS UTTERLY FUCKED LYN
Nvrmind, she needs to keep this level
More Blood for Super Wolt!
Do that again and you will become a sacrifice to the Blood Gods
Spd/10
Well, at least crits are a thing
I totally didnât savescum a crit I swear
TOTALLY WORTH IT
Rip
I will turn this woman into a monster
Kmilt, WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING
SPEED
astTurnChang
And thatâs a wrap.
Time for a double header.
Round 2:
On the menu tonight isâŚ
Oh hey FE3 music, MC Approves. Map is vanilla btw.
Oh, hi there
What do I even say about a dancer level?
Thatâs not Str
Bye Gromell, see ya again soon
Speed
Cries uncontrollably
SPEED!
This image is of a door. Why am I posting this image? Because I legitimately completely missed that this door existed and was about to go the long way around. What can I say, FE3 has desensitized me to time wasting map design
Speed.
Honey, this is why you need strength.
Speed
Tfw Luna Crit
GrrâŚ
I mean, speed is good but likeâŚ
Me and everyone else: Lyn is is bad
Also me: Lyn machine go brrrrrrrrrr
Have fun Teq, youâre next
Ftr, this is Lyn now
Chapter 13-Ephraim (Ballista Hell Madness)
Our team. I brought LâArachel and Cecilia for their leadership stars, and the rest are safe characters.
âGerikâ and âTethysâ appear on the first turnâŚ
Along withâŚThea.
A pegasus knight. With Accost. In a map with 6 ballistae.
I think someone someone has a vendetta.
Hereâs 3 of them, and this assholeâs parked on a mountain. Weâre already facing 6 leadership stars (5 from Selena, 1 from Grommel) and a ton of terrain. Thereâs gonna be some very shaky hitrates in this chapter.
Nino stars us off with a good level. Sheâs already capped skill and speed at this point, I think.
Shaky hitrates, example one.
Not doing much to rectify it, either.
âNooooooo armor knights canât have more movement than literally everyone elseâ
âHaha the Arden wheels go brrrrrrrrâ
I love unnecessary Great Shield procs.
I used LâArachel and Rebecca to drop Boyd over the river. Iâm not sure this was a great idea.
Poor screenshot here, but this is the ballista guy at the top OHKOing Ninian. Oops. Restart.
Levels are the same, but I rescue Ninian over instead of Deke.
Also weâre not bringing Boyd over yet. First, Rebecca uses her 13 (!) movement to ruin the day of this shaman.
Turn 2. Kyle will choke the point and take some of the ballista shots; Accost will use them up twice as fast.
Even with a reaver, hit rates are really bad.
Not bad.
Right. Grommel has Silence. Sigh. (this hit btw)
Either swordslayer isnât effective against thieves, or itâs not effective at all. Not going to risk the poison chance, so Becca gets the kill instead.
Yum.
This douchebag parked himself on a mountainâŚ
Mountain doesnât save this asshole though.
Both of those are good.
Kyle has Critical, so he manages to kill this GK despite the mountain with the power of Accost.
Wow these peg reinforcements kinda suck.
Ooooh this guyâŚthankfully he missed.
Speed is much appreciated, actually.
She doubled and missed both shots here.
Câmon Kyle, you gotta do better than that!
Shaky hitrates, Exhibit B. Thankfully he hit, because those pegs are kind of annoying.
Thatâs capped magic.
LâArachel is going to be Grommel bait.
Pretend this screenshot is targeting her. I have bad timing, sorry.
He hitâŚbut she has Boon and instantly recovered.
Thatâs the second thief down.
I had Becca canto over to take out this ballista, and then I realized it was empty.
Try to have LâArachel restore Cecilia, only to realize she doesnât have the rank for it.
Not only did she miss 2 91s earlier, but this actually hit. Yeah, itâs only 1 damage, butâŚitâs the principle, yâknow?
Kyle caps his defense.
A fine level.
Arden/10.
I forgot about Selenaâs bolting, but weâre fine!
So Grommelâs kinda been sitting in the middle of my troops this whole time, while I try to hit him. Then Arden failed to kill a knight and he used his physic staff⌠after moving onto a mountain. From there, Becca managed to hit him, but not kill him, meaning heâs now in Resolve range and is even dodgier. Thank goodness he doesnât have any weapons.
I mean really, 155 avoid? When is enough enough, Grommel?
Got lucky here. The AI never seems to want to stay put to heal, so he moves off the mountain to use an elixir.
After about 6 misses, Ephraim finally manages to one-shot the asshole for a, uh, I guess thatâs technically a level.
More importantly, we get this lovely ring, which boosts Luck by 10.
Ninian gets a level dancing, which is not bad, actually. Didnât realize her base speed was so bad.
Thereâs a Purge-wielding bishop on a small island, and my only flier is Thea. I prefer to ferry Ephraim over (being one of the only infantry) when I suddenly remember that Becca can cross rivers.
Correction: There used to be a Purge-wielding bishop.
Only using you for your leadership stars. Sheâll get an extra one next level.
I get Nino to level 30 on the leftover units, culminating in this troubadour with a sleep staff and a droppable dragonshield. In total, she got 5 hp, 3 luck, and 3 defense. Sheâs kind of scary.
And Becca takes out Ms-5-Leadership-Stars over here.
Went valkyrie instead of mage knight because she already has an anima rank courtesy of her Pupil status (which is why sheâs using magic as a troubadour), so now she gets 4 weapon ranks, like Cecilia: Swords, light, anima, and staffs.
Cower in fear, puny mortals, for she shall do her best. And her best is far stronger than anything you can withstand.
There were a few stragglers to mop up, so Kyle gets more exp.
Took a bit longer than necessary, but at least there werenât too many deaths.
