In the past it’s been prerecorded and sent to the host. The LP can be livestreamed (like all the SoA ones have been livestreamed) but for the actual presentation you need to send a recording that fits whatever constraints there are for length to whoever the host channel is.

Send Arch a (.ups, typically) patch before the deadline. You’ve plenty of time still to work on your project, though there’s no problem with giving him a patch now as insurance. Just don’t give him a pre-patched rom directly.

As far language barriers are concerned, don’t worry about it. At least one of the volunteer LPers, me, has plenty of experience playing hacks in languages they do not understand, so if you want an LPer, you have at least one person up for it
