Does it happen every time you dodge?

I can’t either.

C18 is used instead of C02 for all animations that dodge to the foreground, like heroes and thieves.

I literally posted the description of the code, I’m aware of what it does :S

Then you should know that IS does use it in vanilla animations, it’s not fe7 exclusive, and it’s not unnecessary.

That reminds me that when I was a kid I bought Pokémon Topaz for GBC in Thailand.
It was impressive, with its own map, characters and pokémon designs.
But it was unbalanced af, there was this lv.7 tornado pokémon (literally just a tornado) that kept 1HKOing my lvl.20 solar potato starter

…I wonder if that’s the reason why I’m paranoid with MS’ gameplay balance

The logo and the artwork of Faratrass are amazing and really well done, but… Why does the background have a grid? And why does Faratrass have a purple hue when nothing else does?

Because you play on a grid. It’s some sort of reference.

Reference to her dark magic armour – a more scientific explanation to her “boobs of steel”.
