If I recall correctly, the Augury only appeared after a certain chapter ID (0x11 - Ch14) was reached. Could you look into changing that value? Once upon a time, I’d intended for FE4A to rebrand it “Tactics” and have Oifaye give advice, but had to hackishly enable it by making the first prep. screen chapter on that same slot.
